Wedding Timeline
Within 14 days of making your tentative booking confirm the booking by returning the Confirmation Contract with deposit details to your wedding coordinator
At this stage also tentatively advise the wedding package you would like as well as any decorations, entertainment, accessories etc you would like the reception venue to hire or buy for you
1 month prior
One month prior - please contact your coordinator at the reception venue to organise a time to meet and discuss the reception night details
The DJ/MC will also contact you to meet and discuss the music selections for the reception
7 days prior
Seven days prior - please confirm any last minute changes, pre-pay the wedding and confirm the final numbers for your reception.
24 hours prior
At least 24 hours prior - please drop-off to the hotel any decorations, seating plans, name cards, bomboniers etc you require the venue to place on your guests tables
On the day
…… just sit back, relax and let us take care of you and your guests.
Enhance your function room
• Chair Covers and bow or wrap sash $6.50 per chair
• Red Carpet for the reception room entrance or ceremony (3.6m x 1.2m) $85.00
• Cake Bags, Heart chocolates, Shot glass with tea light candle, Wedding bubbles etc all available on request – prices on application

Reception Extension
The duration of your reception may be increased wherever possible if arranged prior to the day. Additional cost - $7.00 per head per hour or part thereof.
Full Bar
Includes House Spirits. Additional cost - $5.00 per person per hour
Vegetarian and Children’s Meals
• Vegetarian meals available on request
• Children aged up to 12 years of age – Cost is approximately 30% of the package chosen
• Children under 3 free (no meals provided)
Smaller Receptions
We are happy to cater for Wedding Receptions below fifty guests, please call to discuss your needs with us and to arrange an individual quote
Ceremony
If you choose to get married in the parkland opposite the hotel we can arrange
• Music for your Ceremony $120.00 (up to 1 ½ hours prior to your reception)
• Hiring the rotunda from City of Yarra council – Please call City of Yarra direct, Phone 9205 5729 – Small Fee applies
• Up to 30 outdoor chairs and a ceremony table $100.00 labour charge
