In this role you can expect to:

must have at least 2 years experience Barista
must be able to produce great coffees at a very fast pace at times
set up/clear tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner
set up for Room Service and Conferences
practice safe food handling and occupational health & safety techniques

To be successful you will:

have the ability to deliver excellent customer service
have a RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (compulsory)
have good communication skills
have strong attention to detail
have excellent grooming and presentation
show initiative
be reliable with a friendly attitude
be team focused
be available to work varying shifts
have a minimum of 2 years restaurant and/or conferencing experience

This position is a full time role involving shift work, weekends and public holidays.
