GUEST INFORMATION
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay, JCB and Diners Club with a 1.9% transaction fee (this fee is subject to change). If you wish to settle your bill by EFTPOS, no transaction fee applies.
All guest rooms require a pre-authorisation charge of $100 per 1 night stay and $200 if staying more than 1 night - to cover incidentals paid by credit card or debit card. Should no purchases be made during your stay the pre-authorisation amount is fully refunded.
Please note that Amora Hotels in Australia has a cashless payment policy.
CAR PARKING (if not included in your rate)
We are pleased to offer car parking at AUD$20 per night (valid between 12pm until 1pm the next day), per vehicle for guests staying overnight in the hotel car park.
On arrival to the hotel the car park can be found off River Street. Please proceed to the boom gate where your license plate will be recognized and the gate will open. Parking is available along the driveway or continue to the roller door, which will automatically open to the basement car park.
There is elevator access to the Ground Floor where Reception is located.
Note: AUD$5 per hour overstay charges apply (payable at the gate on exit).
