We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club with a 1.5% transaction fee (this fee is subject to change). If you wish to settle your bill by cash or EFTPOS, no transaction fee applies but the full night’s payment is required plus a $200 per night cash bond.
The secure parking station (operated by Care Park +61 2 9299 6767) under the hotel is available for our guests. There are 80 car spaces with a height clearance of 2.0 metres. Self-parking: $57.00 per vehicle and Valet service: $67.00 per vehicle. The costs are for a 24-hour period with multiple entries and exits. Space is limited, subject to availability and may not be booked in advance. Unfortunately, larger vehicles such as four wheel drives need to be parked by the guest.
All Jamison Club guests can enjoy exclusive access to the Jamison Club on Level 31. Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries are available from 6:30am to 10:00pm daily. Evening drinks and canapes are served daily from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, in addition to complimentary breakfast in the morning from 6:30am to 10:30am.
