What are payment terms?
To secure your event booking, where a tentative booking is made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, an initial deposit of 30% of the estimated total event spend is required within seven (7) days from confirmation. The deposit must be paid in full within seven (7) days from the date the booking is made, or by fourteen (14) days prior to the event, whichever is earlier. A further deposit of 20% of the estimated total event spend is required thirty (30) days prior to the event along with the balance of accommodation booked.Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
