Essential Attributes

Australian passport holder or holder of legitimate working visa 

2- 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Advanced computer literacy, including Excel and financial systems.

Experience with Opera, SUN Systems, Micropay Meridian, Deputy T&A, or similar platforms.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentation.

Desirable

CPA or CA qualification.

Previous hospitality or hotel finance experience.

Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial performance.

Experience with audits, internal controls, and compliance.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
