Food & Beverage Duty Manager – Amora Jamison Sydney

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or duty manager position within Food and Beverage & Bar operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to work in a structured, high-volume hospitality environment

Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of relevant Australian workplace health and safety regulations

Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent practical knowledge and experience

RSA certification (required)
