We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club with a 1.5% transaction fee (this fee is subject to change). If you wish to settle your bill by cash or EFTPOS, no transaction fee applies but the full night’s payment is required plus a $200 per night cash bond.

The Secure parking station under the hotel is available for our guests, for $57 per night for self-parking and $67 per night for the valet service. Space is limited, subject to availability and may not be booked in advance. The costs are for a 24-hour period with multiple entries and exits. Unfortunately larger vehicles such as four wheel drives need to be parked by the guest.


Dining: Croft Restaurant, located on level 1, is open for a leisurely buffet breakfast on Christmas Day starting at 7:00 am. Our special Christmas lunch buffet will be served in Croft Restaurant from 12.30pm to 4:00pm, with a special treat for our young visitors. Bookings for Christmas Day lunch are essential. For enquiries and bookings, please call 02 9696 2500 to book or email [email protected] Silo Bar, located on Level 1, will be open New Year’s Eve evening through to midnight, with full bar menu available. To welcome in New Year’s Day, we have extended the opening time for our buffet breakfast to be served from 7:00am until 11:30am, in Croft Restaurant, Level 1.

Facilities: Dry Cleaning and laundry service will not be available on Christmas Day, however services will return on Boxing Day. Please note that 100% surcharges will apply on this day.
